This session will focus on the findings of research in ESU13 which found support for leveraging digital environments for professional development. The Cadre model will be discussed as it relates to building relationships through professional networks in a large rural region. Tips on designing and delivering quality professional development supported with strong engagement in digital environments will be included.

BJ has been the Technology Director/Distance Learning Coordinator of ESU13 in Scottsbluff since 1998. He is on the leadership team of the ESUCC Teaching and Learning with Technology group and a member of the new NDE Future Ready Schools Task Force.
